Held a specialist post for specific learning difficulties (dyslexia) and a research
fellowship at Aberdeen University evaluating provision for children with complex
Developed and delivered training for teachers and other professionals up to Masters
Developed countywide policies and procedures for special educational needs, dyslexia
and Every Child Matters and managed teams of psychologists in local authorities and
young offender institutions.
Taught in primary schools in Cambridge and Yorkshire.
I was a specialist panel member for Special Educational Needs and Disability tribunals
for many years.
